BRC Wednesday Run (11/20) – Updated Routes!

Hey BRC! We got some feedback that our Boat-ega routes could use some tweaking to account for some less than stellar lighting in some areas. With that in mind, we present to you new Boat-ega routes for your enjoyment!

*Alternate Location* Wednesday (6:30pm @ La Bodega) – Tempo Run (25-30s slower than 5k pace) – Boat-ega Routes:

We are introducing a new alternate location for our Wednesday night run. This week we will be meeting at La Bodega Baja Taco Bar (1664 Greens Prairie Rd, College Station, TX 77845)

*Alternate Location* Monday (6:30pm @ Wolf Pen Creek Park)– 600m Repeats

  • Lower Mileage: 600m x 7
  • Medium Mileage: 600m x 8
  • Higher Mileage: 600m x 10

Aim for around 90 seconds rest in between reps
