Join us for a Running workshop with our friends over at CSPT on May 8th @ 6PM! The workshop will be held at their 3006 Baroon Rd location next to Urban Table. Hope to see you there!

Monday (7:00pm @ Sam Rayburn Intermediate School) – 400m repeats! 1 mile-ish pace with 90 seconds rest in betweens reps
- Lower Mileage: 400m x 10
- Medium Mileage: 400mx 12
- Higher Mileage: 400m x 16
Aim for around 90 seconds rest in between reps.
Wednesday (7:00pm @ Taco Bar) – Tempo Run (25-30s slower than 5k pace) TacoBar Routes
