Board Elections are open! It’s time to cast your votes for the 2025-2026 BRC Board! An email was sent out to members this week with the ballot  This ballot will remain open until the last Wednesday in May (5/28/2025)!

Plan for the week:

Monday (7:00pm @ Thomas Park) – 1000m repeats! – Meet near the corner of Francis Dr. and Puryear Dr.

  • Lower Mileage: 1000m x 4
  • Medium Mileage: 1000 x 5
  • Higher Mileage: 1000m x 7

Aim for around 120 seconds rest in between reps.

Wednesday (7:00pm @ @ Crust Pizza ) – Tempo Run (25-30s slower than 5k pace) New Oar Routes

Saturday (7:00AM @ Torchy’s) – Long Run – New Keel Routes

Sunday Slowdown (8:00 AM @ Midtown Drive Wide Shoulder)

New Location Alert! This Monday we will be running attempt #2 at running at Sam Rayburn Intermediate School Track and hoping we don’t get rained out again!

 Plan for the week:

Monday (7:00pm @ Sam Rayburn Intermediate School) – 400m repeats! 1 mile-ish pace with 90 seconds rest in between reps.

  • Lower Mileage: 400m x 10
  • Medium Mileage: 400mx 12
  • Higher Mileage: 400m x 16

Aim for around 90 seconds rest in between reps.

Wednesday (7:00pm @ Brookshire Brothers) – Tempo Run (25-30s slower than 5k pace) – Brookshire Brothers Routes – Meet in Front of Stage 12 at Brookshire Brothers

New Location Alert! This Monday we will be running a track workout at the Sam Rayburn Intermediate School track!

Time Change Alert!  We are moving our Monday and Wednesday workouts to 7PM starting this week!

Time Change Alert!  Starting the week of May 5th we will be moving our Monday and Wednesday workouts to a 7:00 PM time stay tuned!

Monday (6:30pm @ Wolf Pen Creek Park) – 1200m hill repeats!
