BCS Marathon , December 14, 2025 

We are the official run club for the Oktoberfest race and the BCS Marathon. There is a discount code on your membership card (under your account on our website) for both races. 

Monday (6:30pm @ 400m and 800m alternating repeats along Colgate Dr. )

We will begin with a quick warm up mile around the park: http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/1545721444

  •  Lower Mileage: 400m & 800m x 3
  • Medium Mileage: 400m & 800m x 5
  • Higher Mileage: 400 & 800m x 6

Wednesday (6:30pm @ Brookshire Brothers) – Tempo Run (25-30s slower than 5k pace) – Brookshire V  Routes – Meet in Front of Stage 12 at Brookshire Brothers

Saturday (7:00AM @ Torchy’s) Long Run – New Hull Routes

Sunday Shakeout (8:00 AM @ Midtown Drive Wide Shoulder)

Run/Walk down the greenway trail

Breakfast on Saturday morning will be at Torchy’s
