BRC Pub Run on June 19th @ 7PM! Join us as we make our way around historic downtown Bryan, run starts at Blackwater Draw!

Stretching class! Join us and our friends from Pure Barre on June 30th directly after our Monday evening workout for a 30 minute stretching class! Bring a yoga mat or towel!

Plan for the week:

Monday (7:00pm @ Thomas Park) – 1000m repeats

Meet near the intersection of Francis Dr. and Puryear Dr. 

  • Lower Mileage: 1000m x 3
  • Medium Mileage: 1000m x 4
  • Higher Mileage: 1000m x 6

Aim for around 90 seconds rest in between reps

Wednesday (7:00pm @  Crust Pizza ) – Tempo Run (25-30s slower than 5k pace) New Oar Routes

Saturday (7:00AM @ Torchy’s) Long Run – New Keel Routes

Sunday Slowdown (8:00 AM @ Midtown Drive Wide Shoulder)

Run/Walk down the greenway trail

Breakfast on Saturday morning will be at Torchy’s
