Stretching class! Join us and our friends from Pure Barre on June 30th directly after our Monday evening workout for a 30 minute stretching class! Class will be held at Wolf Pen Creek directly after our Monday speed workout. Bring a yoga mat or towel!

Aim for around 90 seconds rest in between reps
