New Location Alert! This Wednesday we will be launching out of Taco Bar (404 Jane St #400) near the intersection of Texas Ave. and University Dr.

Time Change Alert!  Starting the first week of May we will be moving our Monday and Wednesday workouts to a 7:00 PM time stay tuned!

 Plan for the week:

Monday (6:30pm @ Thomas Park) – Meets near corner of Francis Dr. and Puryear Dr. – 500m repeats

  • Lower Mileage: 1000m x 4
  • Medium Mileage: 1000m x 5
  • Higher Mileage: 1000m x 7

Wednesday (6:30pm @ Taco Bar ) – Tempo Run (25-30s slower than 5k pace) Taco Bar Routes (Taco Bar, 404 Jane St #400, College Station, TX 77840)

Saturday (7:00AM @ Midtown Drive) – Long Run – Midtown Routes

Midtown Routes – The long run is in South College Station for this run.    Please look at the map below to make sure you know where we are meeting. You can also access the exact coordinates for the parking area / meet up spot here.
