We are introducing a new alternate location for our Wednesday night run. This week we will be meeting at La Bodega Baja Taco Bar (1664 Greens Prairie Rd, College Station, TX 77845)

*Alternate Location* Monday (6:30pm @ Wolf Pen Creek Park)– 600m Repeats

Workout will be in the inner loop trail!
- Lower Mileage: 600m x 7
- Medium Mileage: 600m x 8
- Higher Mileage: 600m x 10
Aim for around 90 seconds rest in between reps
