Plan for the Week:

We are now two weeks into our 16 week training plan for the BCS Half and Full Marathon. During this training period, our track workouts will follow a prescribed pattern and will include a few timed miles. These will help you determine training pace, track progress, and estimate your goal time.

Monday (7:00pm @ AMCMS)– 1Km Repeats!

  • Lower Mileage: 1Km x 5
  • Medium Mileage: 1Km x 6
  • Higher Mileage: 1Km x 8

Wednesday (7:00pm @ Harvey Washbangers) – Tempo Run (25-30s slower than 5k pace) – Paddle Routes:

Saturday (7:00AM @ Harvey Washbangers) –  Long Run – Barco Routes :

Sunday Slowdown (8:00AM @ Midtown Drive Wide Shoulder)

Run/Walk down the greenway trail

Breakfast on Saturday will be at Torchy’s.
