BRC Tempo Workout 9/07/2018

On Wednesday, departing from Harvey Washbangers at 7:00 PM, our run will be the STERN Routes

It will still be toasty/muggy this week. On Wednesday, take some leisurely water breaks. If you find yourself huffing and puffing at a pace that would normally be easy, it is because your heart is working over-time to shunt blood to the skin (and away from your muscles). Interspersing a few bouts of walking can help you cool down and bring your heart rate back into a normal range. If you feel dizzy or nauseous—TAKE A BREAK!
