New Location Alert! This Wednesday we will be launching out of Rough Draft for our Tempo Run so come out and join us for a fun run through the Northgate area and Campus! See picture for parking options. Areas highlighted in yellow are free street parking, other (paid) options include the northgate surface lot and northgate garage!

Board Elections: We are now accepting nominations for board member positions.   • Higher Mileage: 500m x 13

Announcements:

New location Alert! Join us on Wednesday for some good running and good pizza. We will be starting out run from Crust Pizza located near the Texas Ave. and George Bush Dr. intersection (https://maps.app.goo.gl/yabaaKBYogGjYn4m9 ).

Shirts are in! Club shirts have arrived, if you ordered one we will have them available for pick up after our Wednesday and Saturday runs!

Plan for the Week:

Monday (6:30pm @ Wolf Pen Creek Park) – 1200m Hill Repeats! – Hill Workout Next to the Arts Council (corner of Colgate and Dartmouth).

We will then do 1200m hill repeats on Colgate Hill, the entire hill (up & down) is considered part of the workout:

  • Lower Mileage: 1200m x 3
  • Medium Mileage: 1200m x 4
  • Higher Mileage: 1200m x 6
