Monday Track

At track this Monday (AMCMS 6:30pm) we will be doing half mile (1200m) repeats.  Aim for 120 seconds (or less) rest between each interval, but listen to your body and do not worry if you need longer. Everyone's health and fitness is different, and we fully support everyone equally!

  • Lower mileage: 3 x (1200m, 120 sec. Rest)

  • Medium mileage: 4 x (1200m, 120 sec. Rest)

  • High mileage: 5 x (1200m, 120 sec. Rest)

Workouts are rain or shine, however, we will cancel in the event of lightning.
