Monday Track

At track this Monday (AMCMS 6:30pm), we will be doing timed intervals with 2 min between each interval.

  • All mileage groups:
    • 10 min at half marathon pace + rest +
    • 8 min at 10K pace + rest +
    • 6 min at 5K pace.

Reminder from College Station I.S.D., please stay off the football field grass at all times.

Workouts are rain or shine, however, we will cancel in the event of lightning.
