This week at track:
 

At track this Monday we will be doing fartleks (https://www.runnersworld.com/training/a20852351/whats-the-difference-between-fartlek-tempo-and-interval-runs/) while running for 15 min. At the end, we will add some 800’s (fun: 1, fast: 2; maniacs: 4).

 

 
Note: As many of you know, AMCMS has restricted access to the track (to keep folks off the grass). For those who would like to start early on Monday, I will normally arrive by 6:20 to unlock the E gate. -Jim
